Q2 2024 Performance of Top iOS Drawing & Coloring Apps in the U.S.

Drawing and coloring apps continue to engage users on iOS, and the second quarter of 2024 has been no exception. Sensor Tower provides insights into how these creative outlets have performed in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.

Color by Number：Coloring Games experienced a fluctuating trend in revenue, peaking at $1.6K in early April and seeing a low of $1.1K towards the end of June. Downloads for the app saw a gradual decrease from 730K at the start of April to 388K by the end of June. Weekly active users also showed a downward trend, starting at 4.9M and declining to 3.8M.

Pigment - Adult Coloring Book had a varied revenue performance, with a notable spike to $1.3K in mid-April, but generally hovered around the $500-$700 range. Downloads remained relatively stable, ranging from 83K to 84K, and weekly active users saw a slight decline from 589K to 564K by the quarter's end.

For Gallery: Coloring book & decor, revenue trends were generally steady, with the exception of a dip to $195 in mid-June. Downloads were minimal, with weeks in June recording as low as 0 to 6 downloads. Active users showed a decreasing pattern, starting at 399K and ending the quarter at 247K.

Disney Coloring World saw its revenue oscillate, peaking at $459 in early April and then again at $420 at the end of April, with lows in May and June. Downloads ranged from 114K at the beginning of April to 75K by the end of June. Weekly active users declined from 282K to 169K.

Lastly, Baby coloring book for kids 2+ had a fairly consistent revenue, with a slight decrease towards the end of the quarter. Downloads started at 247K and saw a decline to 165K. Active users saw a slight decrease from 465K to 375K.
